About Anna Ukolova
I’m Anna Ukolova — an International Matchmaker, Dating Coach and Relationship Consultant based in Paris.
I have been working in the International dating and relationship industry for more than 10 years. Throughout my career, I have worked in different areas of international dating, communication and matchmaking, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face when looking for a serious partner across cultures and countries.
Since 2016, I have focused primarily on Private Matchmaking and Dating Coaching, helping single international men meet compatible women and build meaningful, long-term relationships.
My International Journey
After the beginning of the war in Ukraine, I moved to Belgium Brussels, where I lived and continued developing my International Matchmaking work for four years.
Since March 2026, I have been living and working in Paris, France, where I continue to develop my Private International Matchmaking practice and work personally with clients from France and other cpuntries in Europe, USA, Canada, and other countries.
My Approach to Matchmaking
Finding the right person is about much more than browsing profiles or exchanging contacts.
I take the time to understand who you are, what you are looking for and what kind of woman could truly complement your personality, lifestyle and future plans.
Through private matchmaking, carefully selected introductions and my personal guidance, I help you meet women who are genuinely interested in building a serious and meaningful relationship.
I personally support you throughout the process — from the first recommendations and introductions to video conversations, private meetings and the development of a real relationship.
My goal is not to introduce you to as many women as possible. My goal is to help you meet the right one.
Who I Work With
I work with International men who are serious about finding a meaningful and lasting relationship.
Many of my clients are successful, educated and established in their careers, yet find modern dating frustrating, time-consuming or simply ineffective. Some have never been married, while others are divorced and ready to build a new chapter in their personal lives.
Typically, I work with men who value quality, emotional compatibility and genuine connection, and who are looking for an elegant Ukrainian or European woman with serious relationship intentions.
As both a Matchmaker and Dating Coach, I support my clients throughout the entire journey — from understanding what kind of partner is truly right for them, to improving communication, making carefully selected introductions and building a relationship with long-term potential.
My approach is always personal. I take into account each client’s personality, lifestyle, previous relationship experience, expectations and future plans in order to create a more thoughtful and effective matchmaking strategy.
Today, my network includes wonderful Ukrainian and European women of different ages and backgrounds. Many Ukrainian women I work with are now living in France — including Paris and other regions — as well as Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and other countries. Some women continue to live in Ukraine and are able to travel for a serious relationship and personal meetings.
I do not believe in endless browsing or quantity for the sake of quantity. I believe in the right introduction, at the right time, with the right person.
Why I Don’t Work With Every Man Who Contacts Me
Private Matchmaking is a highly personal service, and I believe the best results come when there is a genuine fit between the client, my approach and the women in my network.
For this reason, I do not accept every man who contacts me.
I may decide not to work with someone if:
- his relationship goals or values do not align with the kind of serious, long-term relationships I help create;
- I feel that he is not genuinely ready for a committed relationship or for the matchmaking process;
- his expectations are unrealistic in relation to the women I work with, including a very significant age-gap preference that is unlikely to lead to mutual interest;
- his communication style, behavior or attitude raises concerns about respect, trust or compatibility with my female clients;
- I have any concerns regarding safety, privacy or the overall comfort of the women I introduce.
My responsibility is not only to my male clients, but also to the women who trust me with their personal lives.
For me, successful matchmaking is built on mutual respect, realistic expectations, sincerity and genuine relationship intentions.

I do not simply introduce men to women.

As a Dating Coach, I also help men better understand modern relationships, communication and the dynamics between men and women. When necessary, I provide honest feedback, help improve communication, identify patterns that may be holding someone back and offer practical guidance throughout the dating process.
As an International Matchmaker, I personally facilitate introductions to serious Ukrainian and European women from my private network. I can organize video introductions, exchange of private contacts after mutual interest, real-life meetings and ongoing support as the relationship develops.
