How Does It Work?
Step 1: Complete the Questionnaire: Begin by filling out a comprehensive questionnaire about yourself. Along with this, send me a few photos (3-5) and describe the type of woman you’re seeking. Step 2: Schedule a Video Call: Next, we’ll arrange a video call to conduct an in-depth interview. During this call, we’ll delve deeper into your personality, preferences, and search criteria. I’ll also address any questions you may have and explain the matchmaking process in detail. This video chat, lasting up to 60 minutes and conducted via Zoom, allows me to better understand your needs and streamline our future interactions.
Step 3: Receive an Offer: Following our interview, I’ll present you with a personalized offer based on your requirements and preferences.
Step 4: Begin the Matchmaking Process: Once you’ve accepted my offer, we’ll kickstart the matchmaking journey. I’ll continue to send you recommendations of suitable profiles, facilitate introductions to women you’re interested in, and assist in arranging communication, including video chats and private contact exchanges.
Step 5: Arrange a first meeting. Due to the current situation in Ukraine, many Ukrainian women, including those in my agency, have relocated abroad. While I cannot arrange in-person dates in Kyiv, I can provide you with the private contacts of women you’ve connected with via video chat. A success fee is a common practice in Matchmaking services where the fee is contingent upon the successful outcome of the service provided. In the context of matchmaking, it typically means that a fee is only charged if the matchmaker successfully facilitates a meaningful connection between the client and a potential partner that meets their criteria. You can pay when you feel or you want for but for sure when you get engaged with a Ukrainian woman I introduced you and helped to connect!
it possible to request a refund for the service provided?
Here are the rules for refunds regarding the Matchmaking Service:
Cancellation by any girl from my Matchmaking Agency: If a girl cancels or changes her mind about a scheduled video chat, or if you’ve exchanged private contacts and she doesn’t respond or changes her mind about contacting you, you may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by you due to an urgent situation: If you are unable to attend a scheduled date arranged with a girl due to an urgent situation, or if the girl is unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund amount: In the cases mentioned above, a refund of 50% of the amount paid may be provided. This is because significant work has been done in arranging the meeting or communication with the girl.
Non-refundable situations: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after your paid, or if a girl with who you want to have a video chat she is sick or traveling at this moment and she will be available later. If you’ve already had a video chat or exchanged private contacts with a girl and it didn’t lead to further interaction.
It’s important to note that refunds are rare and are typically only issued in specific circumstances outlined above. Additionally, efforts will be made to find compromises or alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction whenever possible.
