Client Acceptance
Anna Ukolova provides Private Matchmaking and Dating coaching services on a selective basis and reserves the right to accept or decline a prospective client when there are reasonable concerns regarding the client’s intentions, expectations, conduct, safety, or compatibility with the nature of the services offered.
Clients are expected to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves. If a client knowingly provides false or misleading information, conceals material information relevant to the matchmaking process, or refuses to provide reasonable identification when required, Anna Ukolova may suspend or terminate the service.
Eligibility and Client Conduct
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and behave appropriately toward Anna Ukolova, women introduced through the matchmaking service, partner matchmakers and other professionals involved in the process.
Services may be suspended or terminated in cases of abusive, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behavior, or where there are reasonable concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of any person involved.
Where serious concerns arise regarding information provided by a client, including relevant criminal history or conduct that could create a safety risk, Anna Ukolova reserves the right to reconsider or terminate the professional relationship, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Payment and Duration of Services
Matchmaking and Dating coaching services are provided for the duration and according to the conditions of the service or package purchased by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services begin after the required payment has been received.
Fees, payment schedules, services included and any additional charges will be communicated to the client before the relevant service is purchased.
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and any individual agreement provided to the client.
Nature of Matchmaking Services
Anna Ukolova provides professional matchmaking, introductions, dating coaching and relationship guidance.
The matchmaking process may include identifying potential matches, presenting selected profiles, facilitating introductions, organizing video conversations, exchanging private contact details with mutual consent, coordinating personal meetings and providing ongoing guidance.
Matchmaking is a highly personal process involving independent individuals. Therefore, Anna Ukolova cannot guarantee mutual attraction, chemistry, continued communication, exclusivity, a relationship, engagement, marriage or any other particular outcome.
Accuracy of Information
Anna Ukolova makes reasonable efforts to work with genuine individuals and to facilitate introductions in good faith.
However, information about clients and potential matches is generally based on information provided by those individuals themselves. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Anna Ukolova does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every statement made by a client or potential match.
Clients are encouraged to use reasonable judgment and independently verify information they consider important before making significant personal, financial or travel decisions.
Privacy and Communication
Information shared during the matchmaking process should be treated with discretion and respect.
Once two individuals exchange private contact details and begin communicating independently, each person is responsible for their own communication, decisions and conduct.
Anna Ukolova cannot control or guarantee the confidentiality of information that a client voluntarily shares directly with another individual outside the matchmaking service.
Personal data processed directly by Anna Ukolova is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Personal Meetings and Travel
Before travelling to meet someone for the first time, clients are strongly encouraged to have at least one video conversation and to satisfy themselves that they feel comfortable proceeding with the meeting.
When requested, Anna Ukolova can assist with coordinating a first meeting, including practical arrangements and communication between both parties.
For first meetings, reasonable personal safety precautions are strongly recommended, including meeting in an appropriate public location and maintaining independent control over travel, accommodation and finances.
Each client remains responsible for their own travel decisions, expenses, documentation, insurance and personal safety.
Financial Requests and Gifts
Clients should exercise caution regarding requests for money, loans or significant financial assistance from someone they have met through the matchmaking service.
Anna Ukolova does not recommend sending money directly to a potential partner, particularly during the early stages of communication.
If a client receives an unusual financial request or has concerns about someone introduced through the service, they are encouraged to contact Anna Ukolova before proceeding.
Gift and flower deliveries may be arranged through the matchmaking service when requested, subject to the applicable service conditions and costs.
Partner Matchmaking Agencies
In some cases, Anna Ukolova may collaborate with trusted matchmaking partners or agencies in Ukraine, Europe or other countries in order to identify additional potential matches.
Where a potential introduction involves a partner agency, relevant conditions or additional fees will be communicated to the client where applicable.
Limitation of Responsibility
Anna Ukolova provides professional assistance, introductions and guidance but cannot control the feelings, intentions, decisions or subsequent behavior of independent individuals.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anna Ukolova is not responsible for the outcome of a personal relationship or for decisions and actions taken independently by clients or potential matches after an introduction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Anna Ukolova’s Matchmaking and Dating coaching services are operated from Paris, France.
These Terms & Conditions and the provision of services are subject to applicable French law and any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to the client.
Any dispute relating to the services should first be addressed directly with Anna Ukolova in an effort to reach an amicable resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable French and European Union law.
