CAN I GET REFUND?

Here are the rules for refunds regarding the Matchmaking Service:

Cancellation by any girl from my Matchmaking Agency: If a girl cancels or changes her mind about a scheduled video chat, or if you’ve exchanged private contacts and she doesn’t respond or changes her mind about contacting you, you may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by you due to an urgent situation: If you are unable to attend a scheduled date arranged with a girl due to an urgent situation, or if the girl is unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund amount: In the cases mentioned above, a refund of 50% of the amount paid may be provided. This is because significant work has been done in arranging the meeting or communication with the girl.

Non-refundable situations: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after your paid, or if a girl with who you want to have a video chat she is sick or traveling at this moment and she will be availibe later, if you’ve already had a video chat or exchanged private contacts with a girl and it didn’t lead to further interaction.

It’s important to note that refunds are rare and are typically only issued in specific circumstances outlined above. Additionally, efforts will be made to find compromises or alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction whenever possible.
