A SUCCESS FEE

A Success Fee is a fee paid when your matchmaking journey leads to a successful relationship outcome.

In my matchmaking service, the Success Fee becomes payable when you get engaged to a woman whom I introduced to you and helped you connect with through my matchmaking service.

If you feel that our work has already helped you find the right person and you would like to pay the Success Fee earlier, you are always welcome to do so.

For me, the Success Fee represents something special — a successful introduction that has grown into a meaningful relationship with a real future.

HOW DIFFERENT ARE YOUR SERVICES FROM OTHER DATING&MARRIAGE AGENCIES SERVCIES?

My approach is very different from a traditional dating agency or profile catalogue. I do not simply sell access to women’s contact details.

I provide personalized Private Matchmaking Services, carefully selecting and introducing women who I believe may genuinely match your relationship goals, values, lifestyle and personal preferences.

My search is not limited only to women within my own private network. When appropriate, I also collaborate with trusted partner agencies in Ukraine and Europe, allowing me to expand the search and identify additional potential matches for my clients.

The focus is always on quality, compatibility and personal guidance, rather than simply providing a large number of profiles.

CAN I GET REFUND?

Refund Policy for Matchmaking Services

Because matchmaking involves personal introductions, communication and coordination between several people, refunds are only available in limited circumstances.

A partial refund may be considered if a woman cancels a confirmed video conversation, changes her mind before the arranged communication takes place, or does not proceed after private contact details have been exchanged.

A partial refund may also be considered if a scheduled meeting cannot take place because of an unexpected or urgent situation involving either party.

In these cases, up to 50% of the amount paid may be refunded, depending on the circumstances and the amount of work already completed in arranging the introduction, communication or meeting.

Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after payment, if the woman is temporarily unavailable due to illness, travel or personal circumstances but remains open to communication later, or if a video conversation or exchange of private contacts has already taken place and the connection does not develop further.

Matchmaking can create opportunities for meaningful connections, but chemistry, mutual interest and the development of a relationship can never be guaranteed.

Whenever possible, I will first try to find a reasonable alternative solution, such as rescheduling the communication or arranging another suitable introduction.

DO YOU WORK WITH EVERY MAN WHO WANTS YOU HELP HIM?

No. I only work with clients whom I genuinely believe I can help.

Before starting the matchmaking process, I take the time to understand your relationship goals, expectations, lifestyle and the type of partner you hope to meet.

If I feel that your expectations are unrealistic, that your goals do not align with my approach, or that I am unlikely to provide suitable introductions through my network, I may choose not to take you on as a client.

My priority is to work with people who are serious about finding a meaningful, long-term relationship and who approach the matchmaking process with openness, respect and realistic expectations.

The goal is not simply to accept every client, but to create the right conditions for successful and meaningful introductions.

Do You Work Only With Women Who Live in Ukraine?

No. The women in my Matchmaking network live in different countries around the world.

Some are still based in Ukraine, while many Ukrainian women have relocated and now live across Europe, including France, Germany, Belgium, Poland and other countries. I also work with women who live in the UK, Canada, the USA and other international locations.

This gives my clients more flexibility and more opportunities to meet someone who may be compatible not only in terms of values and relationship goals, but also in terms of lifestyle and location!

Can I Communicate With a Woman Before Meeting Her in Person?

Yes. The first introduction with a woman from my Matchmaking network is usually arranged through a private video conversation.

This gives both of you an opportunity to meet face-to-face online, get a first impression and see whether there is mutual interest.

If you both would like to continue getting to know each other, private contact details can then be exchanged so you can communicate directly before arranging a personal meeting.

Can I Get the Contact Details of a Woman I Like?

Yes. Private contact details can be exchanged after an initial video conversation and when there is mutual interest from both sides.

This allows both you and the woman to feel comfortable about continuing the communication privately and getting to know each other better before arranging a personal meeting.

Do I Have to Travel to Ukraine to Meet a Ukrainian Woman?

No. Many Ukrainian women in my matchmaking network now live in different countries, particularly across Europe, as well as in the UK, Canada and the USA.

Depending on where the woman lives, your first personal meeting can be arranged in her country of residence, in your country, or in a neutral location that is convenient for both of you.

For women who are currently living in Ukraine and are able to travel, I can also help coordinate a first meeting in another European country.

This makes it possible to meet and develop a relationship without necessarily travelling to Ukraine.

Can I Order a Gift or Flowers for a Woman I Like?

Yes. I can help arrange the delivery of flowers, chocolates, gifts or other thoughtful surprises to a woman you are communicating with through my matchmaking service.

For special requests — such as books, beauty treatments or other personalized gifts — I can check the available options and organize the delivery for you.

The cost of the gift and delivery depends on the woman’s location and your chosen item. My gift delivery organization service is charged separately from the cost of the gift itself.

Can You Help Me With Translation?

Yes. If you or the woman you are meeting do not speak the same language fluently, I can help arrange professional translation or interpreting services when needed.

Interpreters can be arranged for English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and other languages, depending on availability and location.

Translation support can be organized for your first personal meeting or other important conversations, helping both of you communicate comfortably and naturally.
